We have been growing roses and rosarians in the North Carolina Piedmont for 57 years and would like to share our love of the rose, our national floral emblem, with you.

o  species – wild roses

o old garden – introduced prior to 1867

o modern roses – ‘LaFrance’ (1867) was the first modern rose

o easy care roses – the best roses to start with

· help us in spreading the joy of growing roses
