The Winston-Salem Rose Society (WSRS) will be hosting a FREE rose growing seminar on Saturday, March 17, from 9:00 am until noon, in the Reynolda Gardens greenhouse classroom.  The seminar includes a pruning demonstration in the rose garden during this time.  Jimmy Speas, a locally known rose gardener, will present the program: About A Dozen Things You Need To Grow Great Roses.  Light refreshments and door prizes will be available!  For more information, you can call or text Jimmy at 336-416-5838.

If you are unable to attend the seminar but have questions about pruning roses, the Reynolda Gardens staff will be pruning in the upper rose garden on Thursday, March 15 and Friday, March 16, from 9:00 am to noon each day as well and they encourage the public and WSRS members to come and join them!
